Energy.
Reimagined.
Tenzy is building the first fruit-flavoured caffeine mint — a category that doesn't exist yet, in a market currently owned entirely by mint flavour.
Most caffeine mints rely on strong mint or menthol flavour to cover up how bitter raw caffeine tastes. Ours doesn't need to. We use micro-encapsulated caffeine, which is coated so it releases gradually and carries none of that raw bitterness, paired with a cooling agent that recreates that same cool, refreshing sensation people expect from a mint — without any actual mint flavour standing in the way. That's what frees us to build the entire product around real flavour instead. Mango. Spearmint. Apple. And more to come.

The vision
Coffee and energy drinks own the energy category because they're the only formats that have existed. Neither is actually built for how people move through their day — you can't drink a can mid-run, mid-shift, or mid-flight. Energy mints already exist, but they've been stuck as a mint-flavoured afterthought sold next to gum, not a real category with its own identity, because ordinary caffeine is bitter and mint is the only flavour strong enough to hide it.
We use micro-encapsulated caffeine, coated so it releases gradually with none of that raw bitterness, which means we're not boxed into mint at all. We can build in any flavour we want.
Our vision is to become the format energy takes when a drink doesn't fit the moment — not a mint that happens to have caffeine in it, but a real energy brand built for fruit flavour, portability, and a caffeine dose that actually matches what people are used to getting from coffee or an energy drink. We think in five years, reaching for a small tin of Tenzy will feel as normal as reaching for a can does today, just without the can.
Where we're at
We've built and tasted a working prototype using our core formula — fruit flavour, micro-encapsulated caffeine, and a cooling agent that removes the need for mint entirely. We've put it in front of friends, and the reaction has been genuinely positive: the flavour lands, and the cooling effect does exactly what it's supposed to without any mint aftertaste.
The next stage is where a kitchen can't take us any further. Moving to a real batch means working with a professional formulator to lock the recipe for consistency, and manufacturing in a facility that can guarantee accurate, safe caffeine dosing across every single mint — something that isn't achievable by hand past a small test batch. In Canada, this also means working within Health Canada's regulatory framework for caffeinated supplemented foods before anything reaches a shelf.
This raise is what takes us from a working kitchen formula, validated by real people, to a compliant, professionally manufactured product ready for a real market launch.
Why carry a drink when you can carry your energy?
People already use coffee, energy drinks and caffeine supplements every day. Tenzy takes caffeine and puts it into one of the smallest, simplest formats possible: a tiny fruit-flavoured mint.
Nothing to crack open, nothing to carry around.
No liquid, no weight, no spill in your bag.
No brewing, no line-up, no waiting.
Ten seconds, pocket to energy.
70 mg. One tiny mint.

Because the caffeine is coated, flavour is a free variable. If we can flavour a candy, we can flavour a Tenzy.
Grape, watermelon, peach, citrus and cola are all next in line as the line-up expands.
Seasonal and limited-edition flavours give us a reason to talk to customers all year.
Caffeine is bitter. Ours is wrapped so you never taste it.
Each caffeine particle is coated in a thin edible shell, so it doesn't hit the tongue — it releases gradually as the mint dissolves. Remove the bitterness and the usual ceiling on dosage disappears with it: we can load a serious amount of caffeine into a tiny mint and still have it taste like fruit, not medicine.
The coating keeps caffeine off the tongue.
Flavour no longer limits how much we can add.
It dissolves over time instead of all at once.
The rules just changed in our favour.
On November 25, 2025, Health Canada officially updated its regulations to allow caffeine as a permitted supplemental ingredient in hard, soft and semi-soft candies and gummies for the first time. A category that legally could not exist in Canada a year ago is now open — and almost nobody is in it yet.
Tenzy was built for exactly this moment. We already have a working homemade version of the product: the formula, the flavours and the coated caffeine all work at small scale. Because it's caffeine, the next step has to be done properly — a certified manufacturing partner, compliant labelling and a real production run. That's what we're raising for.
Health Canada permits caffeine in hard, soft and semi-soft candies and gummies.
Formula and flavours already proven at small scale.
Capital moves us to a certified facility and a first production run.
A newly legal shelf with almost no established brands on it.
Energy that goes where a drink can't.
Every one of these people needs caffeine and none of them can practically drink it. A can is heavy, liquid, loud and slow. A mint is sealed, weightless and ready in ten seconds — so it goes everywhere a person goes.
One day, everyone who reaches for a can reaches for a mint instead.
That's the whole idea: take something billions of people already do every single day and make it smaller, cleaner and easier to carry. Tenzy is the format change.
A better format for caffeine.
Fits in your pocket. Take your caffeine anywhere.
No brewing. No bottle. No preparation.
Fruit-forward flavours instead of the traditional mint experience.
70 mg of caffeine in a small, convenient format.
Caffeine is already a massive habit.
Tenzy isn't trying to convince people to start consuming caffeine.
We're creating a new way to consume something millions of people already consume every day.

We're not building another supplement brand.
Tenzy is built like a consumer brand — packaging, flavour and design first. The goal is to make caffeine feel:
We've proven the concept. Now we need to make it real.
We've hand-made working prototypes of Tenzy using the exact formula we plan to scale: fruit flavour, micro-encapsulated caffeine, and a cooling agent that solves the one problem every fruit-flavoured caffeine product runs into — bitterness, with no mint flavour available to mask it. That part works.
What comes next is where the real cost is, and it isn't marketing. It's regulatory compliance and manufacturing. In Canada, caffeinated candy and mints are regulated by Health Canada as a 'supplemented food,' governed by a List of Permitted Supplemental Ingredients. Before a single unit reaches a shelf, our formula needs to be reviewed for compliance, our packaging needs to meet Canada's bilingual (English/French) labelling requirements, and production needs to move from a kitchen prototype to a licensed facility capable of consistent, safety-verified caffeine dosing — something that isn't achievable by hand past a small test batch.
This raise funds exactly that transition: taking a proven hand-made prototype and turning it into a compliant, professionally manufactured product. That includes formulation validation with a food scientist or flavour lab, a Health Canada regulatory compliance review, tooling and setup costs with a contract manufacturer, and our first production run.
Built for repeat purchase.
A bottle contains 20 mints. Customers buy directly from Tenzy today, with more routes opening as we scale.
Caffeine is a repeat-use product.
Tenzy is designed around a product people can use again and again.
Because our caffeine is micro-encapsulated, flavour isn't a constraint — it's the product line. The plan is a small core range that always stays on shelf, plus limited-run seasonal drops, new flavour launches on a regular cadence, and collaborations with creators and brands that bring their own audience to a flavour. Every drop is a reason to come back.
What the raise actually buys.
This isn't money for ads. It's the cost of turning a validated kitchen formula into a compliant, professionally manufactured product that can legally sit on a Canadian shelf.
